Los Angeles and Detroit auto shows are tough acts to follow, but the Chicago auto show has proven to be an exciting event with almost 1000 vehicles spread over 1.2 million square feet (40 percent larger than last year). There are certainly a few familiar machines from recent events, but a number of world debuts are worth a close look, including Buick Lucerne, Cadillac DTS, Dodge Nitro, Honda Civic Si, Hyundai Portico, Kia Sedona, Mercedes-Benz S65 AMG, Mercury Mountaineer, Mercury Milan, and Toyota FJ Cruiser.
In addition to traditional show cars, Chicago will mark the "introduction" of the first Chinese car line to the North American market with legendary car-importer Malcolm Bricklin revealing details on the Chery brand soon to be introduced in the U.S.
