Our Titan has made its way back to L.A. after its tour of duty in Florida. Online editorial director Jeff Bartlett got several unsolicited comments from rear passengers about the seatbelts cutting into their necks, the lack of height adjustment, that they're too tight, and that you can't release the tension once they do tighten. His passengers also commented on the abundance of rear-seat legroom. Jeff, being the electronics-gadget geek he is, enjoyed the microplug auxiliary input, just below the HVAC dials, which allowed him to hook up either XM Satellite Radio or an iPod for his trips to Detroit.

"This input should be on all head units in this age of MP3 players," he says. If only they could fix our AM reception. Jeff reported that cold weather could trigger the tire-pressure-warning system. In checking, the tires would go down to 29 psi overnight, but once he'd drive, they'd rise to 32 psi and the light would go off. Remember that for every 10-degree change in temperature, tire pressures vary by one pound, so, when going from, say, Florida to Detroit, pressures should be adjusted accordingly. Here, the warning system was doing its job. Other than a few, early production-quality niggles, the Titan is a solid, working machine.
