2005 Audi A4 Sedan and Avant
The most notable change in the latest A4 is the controversial new corporate grille, which pays tribute to Audi's racing heritage and serves as the centerpiece of a refresh which can't be mistaken for anything but an Audi. Other than the styling tweaks and a revised suspension, the 2005 A4 is much the same as the outgoing generation. The interior remains very conservative and traditional, the basic structure carries over, and the S4 keeps the same 4.2-liter V-8. But if 339 hp is too much for you, Audi will offer both a 2.0-liter turbo four and 3.2-liter V-6. Expect to see the massive chrome snout poking out at dealerships in March (A4 and A4 wagon), with the S4 following soon after in April.
