Enrique Ramirez has made many lifelong friends through nearly 10 years of One Lap. "And one or two lifelong enemies," he says. The 39-year-old has missed just two events since 1999 due to childbirth.
He returns this year with a 2008 BMW 135i outfitted with a Dinan S2 package. With a larger intercooler, more boost, an oil cooler, and revised engine software, Dinan claims an output of 398 hp and 429 lb-ft of torque. The package also includes camber plates, Koni struts and shocks, and new anti-roll bars front and rear.
"I love to drive on the open road and race on different tracks throughout the country," says Ramirez. "Through this event I have been able to drive on the best road courses in the country!"
