 The Buick Enclave has recently been presented as a 2008 model by General Motors; the first Enclaves were made available as recently as the end of April in 2007. The Enclave, in its very first generation, is a 4 door SUV currently being assembled in Lansing Michigan and is similar to the GMC Acadia and the Saturn Outlook. The Buick Enclave has several preceding vehicles including the Rainer, Rendezvous, and the Terraza. Classified as a crossover, full size SUV, the Enclave is being engineered with four wheel drive, a GM Lambda platform, a 3.6 liter V 6 engine capable of generating 275 horse power and a six speed automatic transmission.
