CHESTER, United Kingdom, Nov. 3 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Aftersoft Group, Inc. , a provider of business and supply chain management solutions, to automotive parts manufacturers, retailers, tire and service chains, independent installers and wholesale distributors in the automotive aftermarket, has recently announced the appointment of Gerry Czarnecki as its Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The Company conducts its businesses through wholly owned subsidiaries with operations in Europe and North America. The election occurred at a meeting of the Board of Directors on September 24, 2009 at the company's corporate office in Chester, U.K.

He is currently the President and CEO of 02 Media, Inc., a private company that provides direct response marketing campaign management and infomercial production, educational and branded entertainment TV programming and Internet marketing campaign management. He previously served as interim President & CEO of Junior Achievement Worldwide, Inc., where he continues to serve on its board of directors. Mr. Czarnecki is a member of the Board of Directors of State Farm Insurance Company and is Chairman of the Audit Committee; a member of the Board of Directors of Del Global Technology, Inc. and serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of National University. In addition he is Chairman of the Board of National Leadership Institute, a nonprofit organization dedication to facilitating quality leadership and governance in nonprofit organizations; Chairman of the National Association of Corporate Directors - Florida Chapter.
