CHARLOTTE, N.C., Feb. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sonic Automotive, Inc. , today announced that it has rescheduled its planned March 3, 2009 release of fourth quarter and full year 2008 results due to the fact that the Company is still finalizing its 2008 financial statements. The fourth quarter 2008 earnings release will coincide with the filing of the Company's 2008 Form 10-K, which is due on March 16, 2009.
