China Yuchai International Re-finances Existing Credit Facility - Auto News from September 05, 2008

SINGAPORE, Sept. 5 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- China Yuchai International Limited ("China Yuchai" or the "Company"), announced today that it has entered into a bridging loan agreement of up to S$50 million for a 12 months duration, with DBS Bank Ltd., ("DBS") of Singapore, to partially re-finance one of its existing revolving credit facilities due to expire shortly. The new facility will also be used to finance the Company's long-term general working capital requirements.
