GLENVIEW, Ill., May 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of Illinois Tool Works Inc., today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 28 cents per share or $1.12 cents per share on an annual basis. This dividend will be paid on Monday, July 14, 2008 to stockholders of record Monday, June 30, 2008.
