The agreement, commencing in 2007, ensures a 5 year purchase of 1,250,000 EUR ($1,600,000) annually.
Approximately 1.8 times the size of the United States, Russia and its population of 143 million are regaining economic terrain. 2005 marked the seventh straight year of economic growth and real personal incomes have realized average increases over 12%.
