The Dodge Charger is a new car that carries a traditional name. The new Charger is a coupe-like sedan packed with choices. The Charger comes in SE, R/T, and SXT models. R/T models come standard with Serious Satellite Radio and power adjustable pedals, and the SXT comes with a deck lid spoiler and larger chrome wheels.
The Dodge Charger has several engine choices. There are two V-6 engines, a 2.7-liter and a 3.5-liter, which create 200 hp and 250 hp respectively. There are two V-8 engines as well, a 5.7-liter and a 6.1- liter, which create 350 hp and 425 hp respectively. The 5.7-liter V-8 is a Hemi, and can go from 0 to 60 in under 6 seconds. The Charger comes standard with antilock brakes, airbags, and an Electronic Stability Program. Side curtain airbags are an optional feature.
The Charger has better performance than most family sedans, and features Touring suspension in the R/T model. The transmission is automatic, coming in either 4 or 5 speed. The Charger can come with RWD or AWD.
